Professional boundaries

Recommendations are driven by the client’s risks and objectives. Any affiliate, referral or vendor relationship relevant to a recommendation will be disclosed. Clients authorize final decisions; licensed professionals remain responsible for design, engineering, permits, code compliance and regulated work. A 10–20% project contingency is normally recommended for buildouts.

Appalachian Preparedness does not provide emergency response, legal or medical advice, support illegal activity, or accept engagements for extremist or anti-government organizations. Initial applications should contain broad goals only.
