AP-BLD-01 // MOBILE POWER

Power built around the mission

The system begins with the loads required for communication, production, lighting, refrigeration and time away from the grid. Solar input and battery capacity matter, but so do wire protection, ventilation, safe isolation, cold-weather charging limits and the ability to diagnose a failure in the field.

TEST STANDARD

Document starting state of charge, weather, loads, inverter losses and ending state of charge. A single best-case runtime claim is not a field result.

AP-BLD-02 // BED & STORAGE

Structure must serve the whole vehicle

The sleeping platform is being designed as a welded metal frame with cross slats, a central longitudinal support and organized equipment space below. The build must manage structural load, mattress ventilation, vapor control, odor separation and safe access to stored equipment without turning the van into an unserviceable box.

Future project updates will document measurements, finished support layout, material choices and what changes after real use.
